What can we do for you?
If you would like to make a will, or change your existing will, then Graham Dawson & Co can do this for you.
Your will can be as simple or as detailed as you like. You can, for example, make individual specific gifts and leave the rest of your estate to:
- one person
- several individuals
- groups of people
- charities, organisations etc
You can make an outright gift or a gift subject to a trust so that it can only be used according to your wishes. We can advise you on how best to minimise the tax burden on those to whom you leave your estate, as well as:
- who to appoint as your executor(s) (the people who administer your estate)
- inheritance tax avoidance or reduction
- the appointment of guardians for children
- situations in which a trust could be beneficial
